The H. Pylori Antigens Rapid Test (Feces) is a highly effective diagnostic tool that helps people accurately detect the presence of H. pylori antigens in fecal samples at home.
Usually, the package contains dilution, test cassette, produc tinsert. Before starting, please make sure that all the materials are provided before using.
Step 1 Collect
- Unscrew and remove the dilution tube applicator. Be careful not to spill or spatter solution from the tube. Collect specimens by inserting the applicator stick into at least 3 different sites of the feces to collect approximately 50 mg of feces (equivalent to 1/4 of a pea).
Step 2 Test
- Place the applicator back into the tube and replace the cap tightly. Be careful not to break the tip of the dilution tube.
- Shake the specimen collection tube vigorously to mix the specimen and the extraction buffer. Remove the test from its sealed pouch, and place it on a clean surface. Break the tip of the dilution tube. Hold the tube vertically and dispense 3 drops of solution into the specimen well (S) of the test device.
Step 3 Wait
Read the test result at 10 minutes. The test result is invalid after 20 minutes.
Result Interpretation: POSITIVE: Two complete lines, even if one line is faint, means you may be positive; NEGATIVE: one line on the “C” area and NO line on the “T” area, your result is negative; INVALID: there is no line on the “C” area, the test result is not working and needs to be repeated.
The entire process takes only minutes to complete and requires no specialized equipment or training, making it an ideal option for people looking for fast and accurate diagnostic solutions
