How to use:

1. Open the foil pouch and remove the cap off the test stick when you are ready to perform the test.

2. Hold the absorbent end and point it downwards to the urine stream for 10 seconds.  Or collect your urine in a dry, clean cup and dip the absorbent tip of the pregnancy test into the cup and hold in place for 5 to 10 seconds.

3. Re-cap the pregnancy test stick and place it on the horizontal surface with the result window facing upwards.
